My stay at Indrani Lodge was a culinary journey like no other. The farm-to-table Pop-Up restaurant, nestled amidst the lush 4-hectare permaculture farm, astonished me. Witnessing the selection of ingredients from the greenhouse amidst the apple and pear trees was a delight, knowing they would soon grace my dinner plate.As I savored each dish, the chef's finesse in balancing flavors and textures was evident. Mundane vegetables were magically transformed into exquisite culinary creations that danced on my palate. The ambiance of the restaurant, blending ancient charm with modern sophistication, added an extra layer of enjoyment to my dining experience.Breakfast was a fresh and abundant spread, meticulously presented with care.
